Dr. William “Bill” L. Ingalls passed away on December 24 at age 98. His funeral service will be held Friday, December 30 at 1 p.m. at the Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High Street in Worthington, and his family will receive friends from 11 a.m.
