Wet Lab CE: Companion Animal Gastrointestinal Surgery Techniques for New Professionals

Veterinarians with one to five years experience are invited to this hands-on opportunity to practice surgery techniques.

This is a hybrid CE event. Participants will have access to multiple hours of recorded GI lectures prior to the lab and for one year after completion of the lab. 

Participants will have 8 hours of hands-on small group interactions with boarded surgeons to gain tips and tricks for GI surgeries, with the chance to work on your celiotomy skills along with performing Gastropexy, Gastrotomy, Enterotomy, and Resection and Anastomosis.  A lab manual will be provided for this portion and can be taken home after completion of the lab. 

The course fee is $1750 and includes all course materials, a light breakfast, lunch, and parking. Participants will earn 8 hours of CE credit.
