Silent Auction Details

Next year's silent auction will be held during the 2027 MVC from Thursday, February 18 through Friday, February 19 at the alumni booth near the exhibit hall entrance. Attendees are invited to bid in person throughout both days.

The success of the silent auction depends on the generous support of our alumni and friends. We invite you to contribute in a variety of ways to make this event a memorable and impactful experience for all involved.

Donations:
Donations across a broad range of price points and types will encourage enthusiastic bidding and ensure there is something for everyone. In-kind donation receipts, for tax deduction purposes, are available upon request. 

• Physical Goods – Items such as tickets to sporting events, themed gift baskets, jewelry, artwork, veterinary and animal-themed memorabilia, OSU-branded merchandise, and technology products.
• Experiences – Weekend getaways, unique tours, and other memorable experiences.
• Services – Offerings like veterinary services, educational opportunities, or spa treatments are highly valued by our attendees.
• Organizational Memberships or Educational Opportunities – Memberships to relevant organizations or access to educational events and resources are welcome additions to the auction lineup.

Monetary Contributions:
If you prefer, monetary donations are gratefully accepted. Funds received will be used directly for student scholarships or to purchase additional items for the silent auction.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Sponsorships are another meaningful way to support the auction and help offset costs associated with marketing and event logistics. All sponsorships are appreciated—no amount is too large or too small. Sponsors will receive recognition through signage at the silent auction and through recognition on the alumni society website.
