New for 2026 - Regional & Local Continuing Education Conferences for Veterinarians

We have made some exciting changes to the Veterinary Medical Center's free continuing education program for veterinarians. We are committed to our mission to provide quality CE and believe that the planned refresh of our format will allow us to reach more active veterinarians around the state and region. 

Based upon strong interest and attendance at our annual, Columbus-based Companion Animal and Large Animal Conferences and feedback from practitioners, we are restructuring our CE to include 4 single-day conferences around the state, in addition to our annual Companion Animal and Large Animal conferences held at the VMC.  

Each regional event will include 3 hours of companion animal lectures combined with 3 hours of either equine or farm animal presentations for a total of 6 hours of educational content.

May 15, 2026 - Farm & Companion Animal CE Conference, University Inn & Conference Center, Athens, OH (6 hours)

June 5, 2026 - Equine & Companion Animal CE Conference, Ohio State University, Wooster- Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI), Wooster, OH (6 hours)

August 21, 2026 - Companion Animal CE Conference - OSU Veterinary Medical Center Auditorium, Columbus, OH (6 hours)

October 20, 2026* - Equine & Companion Animal CE Conference  - World Equestrian Center, Wilmington, OH (6 hours)

November 13, 2026* - Farm & Companion Animal CE Conference - University of Findlay, Findlay, OH (6 hours)

January 8, 2027 - Equine CE Conference, OSU Veterinary Medical Center Auditorium, Columbus, OH (4 hours)

A new half-day Farm CE Conference (4 hours) will be scheduled during the Summer, 2027.
