College of Veterinary Medicine

The Biomedical Media / Instructional Technologies division in the College of Veterinary Medicine provides services to support faculty in teaching and promotes the effective use of technology in the educational mission of the College.

The division is organized under the Office of the Associate Dean of Administration and Curriculum and consists of six staff members who provide training and support of faculty and staff in the use of teaching tools and software such as Carmen, Media Manager, Photoshop, one45 and PowerPoint.

Additional services include animation, audio visual support, computer lab support, evaluation development, graphics, instructional design, portraits, poster design, scientific photography, web development, and videography.

The division plays an integral part in evaluating emerging technologies for classroom integration and providing demonstrations of instructional technologies to faculty.
