Commitment to Care Campaign Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is the Commitment to Care campaign?

A: A three month fundraising campaign for the Veterinary Medical Center Enhancement and Expansion Project, to raise $2 million by the end of the year.

Q: How long is the campaign?

A: October, November and December, 2015.

Q: What are you asking our clinic to do?

A: Please display the poster. Please also place the handouts on your front desk or give them to clients as they leave. We are NOT asking you to ask your clients for money.

Q: Are there different giving levels?

A: Any donation at any size counts towards our goal. Major gifts offer benefits to the donors and can be paid in installments. Opportunities to name spaces start at $25,000.  Pledges of $3,000 a year qualify donors for enrollment in President’s Club, which will allow them the opportunity to purchase football tickets. For larger amounts please contact us at the number above.

Q: What is the Veterinary Medical Center Enhancement and Expansion Project?

A: A $30M four-phased project to the Hospital for Companion Animals that started in September 2015. The first phase is a new Intensive Care Unit and a new Clinical Office Building. The second phase is a new lobby that will provide more comfort and space for clients and their animals. The third phase is providing new clinical treatment space for many of the specialty services. The fourth phase is new surgery suites.  The project is set to be completed in 2017. More information can be found at under the Project Details tab.
