Current Support Group Offerings for VMC Clients
Beginning in February 2024 the Honoring the Bond Program at the OSU Veterinary Medical Center will begin offering an in-person support group exclusively for clients of OSU’s Veterinary Medical Center. There will be two groups that run for 6 sessions on either the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month, from February to July 2024.
The goal of this support group is to allow owners of animals with behavioral needs to get together and discuss the challenges they face, find a community of people that can relate to and understand the many ways owning an animal with behavioral needs impacts day to day life, learn different coping techniques, and have a safe space to feel supported by fellow pet owners in the community.
Please contact us at cvm-osuvet.honoringthebond@osu.edu with any questions about the group. Additional support group offerings are not available at this time.
Please apply for the Behavioral Management Support Group below*:

*Please note, submitting an application does NOT guarantee you a spot in the group and is not considered an RSVP. This group is NOT a substitution for mental health services, individual or group therapy. This support group is only for those who are currently managing a pet with behavioral needs, this is NOT a grief support group.
