Welfare Orientated Pen Design for American Alligators in Commercial Production

  • Funded by the commercial industry to rigorously examine the best designs to house and grow alligators in a welfare focused practice

The Effects of Incubator Temperature and Humidity Regimes, Incubation Substrate and Egg Husbandry on the Hatching Success and Health of Farmed American Alligators

  • Funded by the commercial industry to rigorously examine the best designs to incubate and care for neonate alligators in a welfare focused practice

Surveillance of Sea Turtle Health in Gladstone Harbour, Queensland, Australia

Funded through an Eco Logical Australia project sponsored by the Gladstone Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) Company to survey the health of key
species to make inferences on the health of the Gladstone Harbour while it undergoes increased shipping, shipping infrastructure development and maintenance (e.g. dredging and ports) and increased mining of local areas
