Most of the individual presentations given at the October 16, 2009 symposium are embedded below. This symposium was co-organized by Dr. Candace Croney, Department of Veterinary Preventive Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine and Naomi Botheres, Department of Animal Science, College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. It was held at the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center on the Ohio State campus.
