What to Expect

Your first appointment is called an intake and will be scheduled for approximately one hour.  You will be asked to complete some paperwork, similar to what you might have to fill out at other doctors’ offices.

Additional appointments are typically scheduled for approximately 60 minutes but can vary in length depending on the goals of the session.

Counseling and consultation can help you increase your understanding of yourself, utilize effective strategies for problem solving, increase healthy coping skills, and help you become more successful overall.
