Our specific aims include:
1. To curate an existing repository of diverse MRSA isolates at the OSU Medical Center and Veterinary Hospital that contains epidemiologic, phenotyping, genotyping, and spatio-temporal data on each isolate.
2. To combine this repository with public data from mlst.net by using phylogenetic based mapping to understand the evolution and spread of MRSA at the human-animal-environment interface.
