Attune Nxt Flow Cytometer
This Attune NxT Flow Cytometer is a bench top analyzer equipped with 3 lasers (violet, blue, red) capable to simultaneously analyze 11 colors for characterization of cell surface and intracellular molecules expressed by a single cell. Since the instrument also analyses the size and the granulosity of individual cells in suspension, a total of 13 parameters can be simultaneously analyzed and quantified for applications including hematology, cell biology, immunology and cancer.
Equipped with acoustic-assisted hydrodynamic focusing, the Attune Flow Cytometer is able to achieve sample-throughput rates up to 10 times faster than traditional cytometers. In addition, the Attune Flow Cytometer accommodates no-wash, no-lyse protocols, allowing collection of data on samples that have been subjected to minimal handling. This instrument is user-run only. Interested users must schedule an appointment for training with the Cytometry and Imaging Shared Resource.
