Dr. Sarah Erwin is a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, she worked in a small animal general practice and emergency clinic in Columbus. Prior to joining the Ohio State VMC at Dublin, she practiced at an emergency clinic in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to emergency and critical care, she also has a special interest in cardiology.
Dr. Leigh Fenderbosch is also a 2008 graduate of Ohio State’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Most recently, she has been practicing at an emergency practice in Dayton. Her main interests lie in emergency medicine and surgery.
Dr. Megan Stadler received undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and her DVM from Ohio State in 2012. Since then she has worked at a 24-hour emergency practice in the Cincinnati area. Her professional interests also include soft tissue surgery and internal medicine.
Dr. Traci Patnode is originally from Upstate New York. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Animal Science from the University of Vermont and her DVM from Ohio State. After graduation, she moved from Ohio to Maine and practiced both small/companion animal medicine and emergency medicine.
Dr. Melissa A. DeLauter, is a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. DeLauter was previously an associate veterinarian in a multi-doctor, small animal practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Her clinical skills include digital radiography, laser surgery, therapeutic laser, in-house laboratory, and dental radiography.

Melissa Wilson RVT, VTS (Anesthesia & Analgesia) and Surgery Service Coordinator is acting as the interim practice manager for the Dublin-based Veterinary Medical Center (VMC). Melissa has been a member of the team since 2013. As Surgery Service Coordinator, Melissa served as part of the daily management team, before accepting her interim role as practice manager. Her leadership and operations experience serve her well as the interim practice manager.
Before joining the VMC, Melissa spent 7 years with MedVet as an Anesthesia Service Coordinator. From 2004-2006, Melissa served as Surgery Team Lead for VCA in Cincinnati, OH, as well as Clinic Floor Supervisor for Colerain Animal Clinic from 1999-2004, also located in Cincinnati. Melissa received her Associaites of Applied Science and original RVT certification from the University of Cincinnati in 2002.
