The mission of the Center for Clinical and Translational Science Center is "to improve the quality of care for all patients in the community by developing a transformative clinical and translational science discipline that is at the core of the OSU academic culture."
The goal of the CTSA is to speed the translation of new scientific discoveries to enhance patient outcomes.

The goal of the Consortium is to facilitate inter-institutional collaboration between Academic Institutions in Ohio and technology transfer to Industry.
