Aftercare

For the next 4 weeks after the cat returns home:

1. Contact with the animal is limited to 10 minutes per day
2. The cat is not allowed outdoors and ideally should have no contact with other pets in the household
3. The cat should have no contact with young children or pregnant women
4. Used cat litter must be flushed down the toilet. Septic tank safe litter is available at pet stores.
