The condo is in a good location and the owners have been great (a single family with two kids). They allow large breed dogs (I have two pitbulls), and are generally willing to negotiate a little on pet cost. They are great about fixing anything that needs it ASAP. There is a gym and a pool steps away, as well as, a walking path and all the stores/restaurants of Hilliard Rome Rd.
