To facilitate requests from faculty to podcast lectures, Biomedical Media/Instructional Technologies has instituted this podcast request form. Having this information will enable us to adequately schedule requested podcasts to ensure sufficient technical support is available.

Please complete each of the sections of this form. Once you submit the form it will be emailed to AVHelp [at] cvm [dot] osu [dot] edu. Someone will be in touch with you regarding your podcast request.
