Anatomic pathology externship. The student would have the opportunity to participate in necropsies daily as well as have the opportunity to follow a subset of cases through histopathology and ancillary testing. At least one presentation of a case to the faculty and resident pathologists would be required.

Library, computer resources
Daily necropsies, examination of histopathology slides with faculty or residents, presentation of at least one case to the group
At least one faculty member and one resident on duty per day. If externship is at any time other than mid summer, there would also be WSU senior students on the necropsy floor.
