Low-income veterinary clinic, low-cost spay/neuter clinic, shelter medicine, high volume spay/neuter, mobile spay/neuter unit.
The intern will spend time in each of these capacities, gaining hands-on experience whenever possible.
Intern will have access to our library and any client education materials available to the veterinarians.
Interns
will be expected to operate as an employee, assisting when possible,
completing daily check-lists for cleaning/organization and following the
employee handbook (to be provided). We believe each intern will gain
only as much experience as they wish to apply themselves towards.
The student will be with one of our staff veterinarians at all times, maximum 40 hours per week.
