Veterinary Medical Center Tour
The College of Veterinary Medicine offers public tours of its facilities to groups and individuals. The Veterinary Medical Center is a working hospital and our patients are our top priority. Like patients in a human hospital, our patients are here because they need medical attention. Because of this, the tour is not a hands-on experience. Also we must be mindful of biosecurity, liability, patient confidentiality and operational issues; therefore, the following restrictions have been implemented:
We are happy to provide tours to individual students interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine as well group tours for high school and college level groups related to animal science, health profession, 4-H clubs, pre-vet clubs, etc.
Anyone interested in discussing admissions-related information and would also like a tour of our facilities should contact April Pugh at (614) 247-1512 or pugh [dot] 102 [at] osu [dot] edu.
