Spin Class

Indoor Cycle (a.k.a., "spinning") is an intense cardiovascular workout that encompasses strength, endurance, and interval training. The class will feature hill climbs, sprints, and body position changes. Participants can expect to get sweaty during the 55 minute ride and 5 minute stretching session. No prior cycling experience is necessary!

The class ran from 5:20-6:20 on Monday October 12th, 2009. The class was open to faculty, staff and SCAVMA students at OSU-CVM with 25 people choosing to participate. It was led by third year veterinary student Michelle Cook and was held at the RPAC.
