Equine externship
Assist
doctors with appointments daily and help intern manage in hospital
cases. Assist with emergency calls as needed with the doctor on call.
Willing
attitude to learn and participate in daily activites at the clinic and
on the road. Assist intern with care of in house patients.
The
student will always be with a doctor and supervised daily. May be ask
to do some treatments with intern or on own. 8-10 hrs a day with a
doctor for 5 work days and assist with emergency doctor as needed on
weekends 2-12 hrs for 2 weekend days.
