Description
This elective opportunity will allow fourth year students to engage in all aspects of small animal private practice. Students will apply their clinical skills in the diagnosis & management of medicine cases. The will also take part in routine wellness examinations & surgical procedures.

Student will have access to all journals, books that are onsite, VIN (Veterinary Information Network) & will be included in all aspects of procedures throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Student is to dress in business casual attire.
- Is expected to present themselves in a polite & courteous manner to all veterinarians, staff and clients.
- Student is also expected to adhere to all policies & procedures, as well as confidentiality.
- The student will be encouraged to participate in case management, clinical procedures, and surgical cases.
