Description
Introduction to small animal veterinary rehabilitation and sports medicine through observation of and participation in clinical cases, familiarization with available treatment modalities (such as UWTM, laser, e-stim, active exercises), and limited didactic teaching.
Responsibilities
- Be present and actively participate during the hours of operation of the rehab service.
- Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining a case log and log of available equipment and treatment modalities provided through the Rehab Service.
Supervisor
Tracy Marsh, LVT, CCRP (Primary)
Student Supervision
40 hrs/wk of primary supervision will be with Tracy Marsh, LVT, CCRP and 2 hrs/day with a faculty member.
