Our Mission and Objectives

1. to provide self-government by the graduate students of the College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University
2. to serve as communicative liaison between faculty, staff and graduate students of the College of Veterinary Medicine
3. to disperse policy information from the Graduate School and the College of Veterinary Medicine to the graduate student population
4. to provide a system through which representation to departmental committees and the campus-wide Council of Graduate Students is elected
5. to act as a clearinghouse of opportunities for the graduate students of the department (i.e. career, grant, funding, etc.)
6. to plan, organize and develop social and intellectual events and programs
7. to promote graduate student relations and interaction
8. to provide a forum for debate regarding policy and curriculum
9. to provide graduate student representation to the Council for Graduate Studies (CFGS).
