Who may attend? The Annual Open House is open to the general public and is a great activity for the entire family. Food is available for purchase on site. Subway, located on the first floor of the Veterinary Medical Center, will be open throughout the day.
When is the annual open house and what time should we arrive? This year’s open house is Saturday, April 5th from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. You can come and go at will. This is a great experience for the entire family. We are excited to show off our college and the profession of veterinary medicine.
Where is the annual open house? 1900 Coffey Road, Columbus, Ohio 43210. Please check in at the registration table located in front of the Veterinary Medical Center.
Do I need to pre-register or pay an admission fee? Pre-registration is not required, but recommended. Admission is free. Please bring a can of dog food or cat food, which will be donated to a local animal shelter.
May we bring our pets? No. We request for the safety of your pets and our patients that you do not bring your pets.
Where do we park when we arrive? When you arrive, follow the signs. There is free parking in front of the Veterinary Medicine Academic Building at 1900 Coffey Road.
Will there be a map and a listing of special events as handouts? Yes, at the registration table you will be given a program/schedule with a list of seminars, demonstrations and a map. Our students, wearing brightly colored shirts, will be stationed throughout the campus to answer any questions you may have.
