Change of Elective
Use the following form ONLY when your requested schedule changes involve ON-campus Elective Rotations
- One ON-Campus elective to another ON-Campus elective
- An ON-Campus elective rotation to an OFF-Site elective
- An OFF-Site elective to an ON-Campus elective rotation
Important Note
The University has started implementing a $100 change fee to ADD ANY COURSE after their Enrollment Census Dates. Please be aware of this when requesting changes to elective rotations.
