Practical experience in two feline only practices including both surgical and medical experience.
One hospital is extremely busy and usually the student will have the opportunity to follow several intensive medical cases from start to finish as well as often they will be able to handle a case start to finish under supervision.

Practical hands on experience at a feline only practice - both surgically and medically.

- Experienced feline practitioners - 6 associates between the two practices, all with special interests.
- Ultrasound machine
- Dental digital radiology
- On site, laboratory
- Large case load
- Excellent library of feline textbooks ( all the latest), journals, proceedings, VIN
- Rescue work which allows for hands on surgical experience
- Daily rounds
- Welcome to attend local CE if on during stay
- Professional etiquette
- Input at rounds
- Willing to go to associated practice if interesting surgery or case
- Identification of their goals so that we can put them in various areas of the hospital (appointments, medicine, surgery) in order to allow achievement of those goals
