College of Veterinary Medicine

Shadow practitioners in rooms, practice clinical skills (draw blood, place catheters, etc.), perform spays and neuters, interpret blood work and radiographs, be involved with case management.

• Be able to come up with a plan of action for diagnostics and for treatment of cases.
• Be able to have differential diagnosis based on diagnostic tests, chose an appropriate treatment plan, perform surgery, and correctly interpret radiographs.
