Food Vendors

The Marshall Family's Pastry Mill has been the preeminent pastry concession at Ohio outdoor events for over 40 years specializing in French Waffles, Baby Elephant Ears and Mini Funnel Cakes. They were awarded the Best Outdoor Concession by the State of Ohio in 2000. The Marshall's secret recipe starts with whole wheat flour freshly ground from Ohio winter wheat grown at their farm in Knox County. Pastries are topped with preserves made from berries grown at the Marshall's Berry Barn. The Marshall Family will also be providing Homemade Ice Cream made fresh on site. Learn more about the The Marshall's Pastry Mill and Berry Barn at http://www.berrybarn.us.

The Wagner Pork Farm was started in 1999. We raise hogs on our farm, which has been in the family since 1838. The concession business is operated by Dale and Kelly Wagner, both graduates of OSU. Both Dale and Kelly were also members of the Ohio State University Marching Band. All the meat is locally raised and processed by family owned and state inspected Link's Country Meats. We operate mainly in Marion, Ohio but also have a stand at the Ohio State Fair called Wagners Country Kitchen. We have three children that also help out, Austin, Natalie, and Lillian.
