Dr. Jeff Lakritz Interviewed for Milk Safety Story

Dr. Jeff Lakritz, professor of Veterinary Clincal Sciences at the College of Veterinary Medicine, was recently interviewed by 10TV News for a story concerning milk safety. Nutrition Article Features Dr. Tony Buffington

Dr. Tony Buffington was recently interviewed by the Los Angeles Times for an article regarding the increasing trend of organic pet food.  More and more pet food stores are carrying organic, minimally processed, or raw pet foods. Additionally, some stores are also offering nutritional supplements for pets. While some pet owners may view specialty foods as a healthier option, veterinarians caution that additional research is needed to verify the nutritional benefits or drawbacks of organic foods.
