The Perkin-Elmer model LS55 is a research-grade luminomoter able to perform fluorescence, polarization, anisotropy and luminescence experiments. The instrument is coupled to a thermal water bath (Julabo model F25) that can control the sample chamber temperature. A 96-well plate reader accessory has been purchased for the instrument.
