:Quick Groups

This is a typical Carmen course shell showing the default tools available to faculty and students. This view is instructor view. Note the Edit Course link at the top right of the tool bar. This is where, as an instructor, you will make most of your modifications to your Carmen course, including Groups. Students do not see the Edit Course link when accessing their Carmen courses.

To create, edit, view and populate Groups you will utilize the Edit Course link in the top right tool bar. You will also want to make sure your 'role' in the course is set to the default of Instructor. This can be changed at the bottom left of the Carmen Course Homepage.
Once you are ready to begin creating a new Group, click the Edit Course link.
