Dr. Eduard Jose-Cunilleras

Veterinary Degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain (1997). Internship in Equine Medicine and Surgery, and Residency in Equine Internal Medicine completed at the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine (2001); Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Large Animal). He is currently working on a PhD in Exercise Physiology, and his main area of research is exercise metabolism and glucose kinetics, and interactions between exercise and diet.

Dr. Francesca Sampieri

Graduate from the School of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Pisa (1999), where she completed a thesis in Reproduction physiology. Internship in Large Animal Medicine at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchwan, Saskatoon, SK. Currently a resident in Equine medicine. Research area: endurance exercise and electrolyte supplementation.
