December 11-14, 2008
The Ohio State University
Veterinary Teaching Hospital
601 Vernon Tharp Street
Columbus, OH 43210
This course is designed to increase veterinarians, technicians, owners and breeders knowledge in equine semen and equine breeding management. Our speakers are known in their respective areas for clinical service education and research. They share a common goal of providing the most up-to-date information and are willing to answer all questions. Time is allotted for discussion amongst the participants and speakers. Notes are distributed to aid in your retention and for review of materials presented.
Our program is designed to provide information that can be immediately used upon return to your farm or practice. The topics presented can be directly applied to the equine operation consisting of 1 horse or 100 or more. This program is somewhat unique because of the lab that permits hands-on experience and direct participation. It also allows participants to interact in small groups with the teaching staff.
Dr. Walter Threlfall, Professor and Head of Theriogenology Area, College of Veterinary Medicine, The Ohio State University
