Physical Exam
You need to perform a physical exam on Fred. For a refresher on the standard components of a physical exam , see Case #1.
Your first step is to collect Fred’s history from his owner, Mary. In addition to collecting the basic information about Fred, you need to find out how long his ears have been bothering him and how he was treated by his regular veterinarian. You will also need to get a dermatology history.
