Board-certified veterinarians are a critical part of our clinical teams. These are graduate veterinarians who have completed a post-graduate certification process recognized by specialty organization. For example, a board-certified internist is a graduate veterinarian who has had further specialty training in the discipline of Veterinary Internal Medicine, and who has been certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in the specialty of small or large animal internal medicine.
